Are you looking for a professional English to French translator in the field of International Cooperation? Look no further. With 10+ years translation experience in Communications (B.A.) and International Cooperation (M.A.), I offer strong writing skills, a specialized expertise in your very field and a firm grasp of its lexicon.
Moreover, my professionalism extends beyond the written component of the translation work: numerous times, my clients have congratulated me on my attention to details, my flexibility and my willingness to go the extra mile to make sure they are always satisfied.
In short, I offer not only impeccable translations, but the peace of mind from knowing you can always count on me.
Inclusive translation
In traditionnal French grammar, "masculine prevails over feminine in the plural form", meaning it just takes one man in a group of hundreds of women activists for them to be referred to as "militants" rather than "militantes". In the past decade, the French language is witnessing the rise of inclusive writing, which aims at removing the subaltern position of the feminine gender. I have been using inclusive writing for all my translations and communications for many years and strongly recommend any new client to do the same.
Whether you already have your own guidance for inclusive writing or are just making the switch, rest assured that your French communications will always be inclusive.
Without borders
Canada, Niger, Switzerland, Haiti, U.K., France... I provide translations for clients all over the world in a French that is truly global. Whether you are a UN agency, a small NGO or a single author; whether you are writing for the whole Francophone community, for a specific donor or for your own employees; whether you need to translate a whole book, a report, a funding proposal or an email; I will always provide translations in a clear French in line with your organization's preferences and the prevailing terminology of the international community.
No matter the client, the document and the intended audience, I am ready to take your message across.
